World First Android 4.0 imei Invalid solved by an APK

here is all process

just do it carefully

here is an apk !

call Zopo Tools, you must need to install it with any working (means alive set+ with IMEI )MTK 6573/6575/6577 based set and then go to apps click imei back up / restore > now click Back Up Imei

now imei file created in our SD CARD

plug that sd card i your INVALID imei Set and install apps
then open it and now click restore imei > reboot your set

your problem solved

NOTE : _ but doing all this you need your set to be rooted.
