Lumia 800 unlock nss says nothing found

Looking for phone...Not found!
Can't read IMEI, backup will be skipped.

2. Is it in the correct mode?(Try to switch to OSBL mode)
3. Have you installed the Qcom loader ?(Use the Install button)

Also try emmc unlock from advance box(atf)
no patch found either it says phone may be already unlocked.

But the phone asks for unlocking code when put an non-accepted sim card.
