anyone can tell me how to re-boot?

Can anyone tell me how do I re-boot my cell phone, please....?

I tried to turn on my phone, but it gets stuck with "sony erisson logo" white screen forever....

I tried using the sony pc companion software update/ repair function, was not able to solve the problem although i was able to follow all steps and completed.....

Anyone, please...

Also, does anyone think "flash-tool" will work ?

I saw some video on youtube and thread here, saying about flash-tool, but I am not sure how to and where to "copy the firmware" and where to "paste" the firmware into what folder??

Please note: my sony satio is NOT running on amorid, but SYMBIAN O/S !!!
