p7300 After flash working only 30% of touchscreen

i have a p7300 from orange france and after update from 3.2 to 4.0.4 and after flash works only 30% of left upper side!
please if someone had a such a problem, how to solve it!
tried other firmware, tried 3.2 form orange, tried even twrp touch recovery and even there working only 30% of touch...
a solution please!
