ACD9431 won't accept code

Hi all,
Blaupunkt ACD9431 with working code,lost sound, than refuses to accept right code.I tried other dump (24c01),no success.I changed eeprom - not solved.After code confirmation (>)-only - - - .Code is OK,sure 100%.Eeprom voltage 5V.
Can someone suggest solution ?
