micro-box no reaction ,box is not connected

Hi julvir
box does not work. I put the box to the computer.no reaction ,box is not connected,No fault in a box....
Please help for the problem or CAN USE only by the sim card.which works with sim card reader.I made a new htc active
I do not want to trash..I want to please a solution!
