I9000 hard reset done (2.3.4)

Model: GT-I9000
Android version: 2.3.4
phone version: M110S.VD05.0140.ST
PDA version: GT-I9000.VG26.1812
Problem: Pattern Lock asking google account

SOution:
Tried all methods given on forum....but only this one works

(turn off phone, hold Volume Down + Home(Central) + Power.)

Recovery Screen...select wip data...volume down select yes ..press home to confirm and you are done
