Blackberry 9700 lcd reset software

Can anybody help me how and from where to get lcd reset software for Blackberry 9700 i had downloaded file name 9700LCDRESET i had run that file after that mobile restart but same only 004/111match when i put 002/111 it show blank white display Many other r using
please help
